What we did?
Flight Raja’s brand Via is a B2B travel portal. The objective was to upgrade its experience for customers and to provide a business enabled as well as design driven retail experience centers across India.
The challenge for us was to study the nuances of this franchisee run models in B and C locations of town and Tier-2 and Tier 3 cities. The average size of 200-300 sq ft foot print was further a challenge. We came up with an unbeatable model within USD 5500 per location to provide a design enabled but business driven centers.
