Design development

Encompassing a deep understanding of the Retail Brand, Offering, Market, Customer, Positioning Parameters, USP, Benchmarking Best Practices and Disruption strategy etc 

Conceptual positioning

FRDC will design an approach to a visual communication containment system for the presentation of Interior graphics, signage and VM.

Visual Communication Design

Preparing all pertinent design details on site and issues for transfer including Architectural & CAD Development, Specification Details, Rollout Programs and Site Adaptation 

Leveraging our global perspective, consumer research and resources creative abilities we propose conceptual design solutions to respond to specific project objectives related to building the Client’s brand.  

Documentation Development

Design Development based on a prototypical location includes the Space Planning, Area Relationships & Adjacencies, Materials & Finishes Palette, Feature Elements, Fixturing & Furniture and Budget & Scheduling Confirmation

  • + BUILD
    Coordinate to get prototypes of key units for design approval and coordinate/review implementation of pilot to realize complete design intent.
  • + SCHEMATIC DESIGN
    Schematic Design development of the design direction will begin to address Overall Look & Feel, Façade, Floor Plan, Fixturing, Visual Merchandising and Communication.
  • + DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
    Design Development based on prototypical location includes the development and refinement of design details.
  • + STRATEGIC PROGRAMMING
    This phase entails and encompasses a deep understanding of the Retail Brand, Offering, Competition and Peer Market, Customer, Positioning Parameters, USP, Benchmarking Best Practices and Disruption strategy etc. Go To Market and summarisation with a Visioning Session with client’s team and stakeholders of project in order to establish Customer Journey, Key Drivers for Design and the Project.
  • + CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
    To propose conceptual design solutions to respond to specific project objectives related to building the Client’s brand. design ideas will be presented through a series of visual image boards, which indicate environmental design direction and preliminary merchandise planning.
