Conceived as an inspiration hub rather than a traditional store, Unispace enables customers, architects, and designers to explore products through immersive, design-led storytelling. The space moves beyond transactional retail, drawing from the idea of a vast material library. Modular fixtures, adaptable layouts, daylight harvesting, and tunable lighting allow flexibility, while dedicated consultation zones, demo areas, and intuitive navigation enhance the customer journey. Built around three key principles—approachability, inspiration, and lifestyle integration—the design fosters interaction and comfort through landscaped breakouts, patio seating, and a café. Architecturally, Unispace transforms its industrial shell into a contemporary, future-ready environment, blending sustainability with aesthetic sophistication. Bold façades, green inserts, and discovery-led communication define the visual identity, making Unispace both a design centre and a retail destination.
